ID Required to File
- You are now required to show two forms of acceptable IDs when filing in person at our front counter.

Signing Authority Form/Authorized User Program
- Ensure that your business is signed up for the online authorized user program within Arizona Business Center. This feature restricts unauthorized filings by designating who can file on behalf of a business.
- Similarly, the Signing Authority Form allows LLC owners to designate who can file and sign on behalf of their business both online and by paper.
Coming Soon: LLC Attestation of Existence
- In Arizona Business Center, LLCs will be required to inform the ACC via a one question email of whether they continue to conduct business if they have not made any filing within the preceding two years.
Routinely Review Business Information
- Check your business information at least monthly.
- In Arizona Business Center, be sure to opt in to receiving alerts when filings are made on your business.
Properly Terminate When No Longer Active
- Bad actors may exploit dormant businesses without the knowledge of the actual owner.
- File Articles of Termination or Articles of Dissolution when a company will no longer engage in business activities.
Beware of Non-Governmental Solicitations
- Scammers may send solicitations to newly formed and published businesses.
- Scammers are crafty and will usually present as official-looking documents with very fine print.
- Always beware of emails or mailers that ask for a payment.
- When in doubt, contact the Arizona Corporation Commission.
