Phoenix, Ariz. —   The Arizona Corporation Commission’s new online business filing portal, Arizona Business Connect, is on track to launch on January 12, 2026!  Arizona Business Connect will replace our current online filing portal, eCorp.  On January 2, 2026, eCorp will be turned off.  This means, online filings will not be available after 5 p.m. on January 2, 2026.

Please plan accordingly or you can take advantage of our future effective date filings, if applicable. Future effective date filings indicate to the Arizona Corporation Commission that a different effective date is requested, which would take place after the date the documents are filed.  The filing may be scheduled to go into effect up to 90 days in the future. For example, if you file a document online on the day of 12/24/2025 and indicate the effective date to be 01/05/2026, the document will be entered into eCorp and processed but it will not officially take effect until the official launch of Arizona Business Connect on January 12, 2026. The filing will, however, display the future effective date of 01/05/2026, as was requested. 

For those who are planning to submit business-related filings after January 2, 2026, please note, there will be a 10-day period in which the Commission will only accept PAPER filings either in-person at our office in downtown Phoenix or Tucson, OR by mailing or faxing paper filings. There will NOT be an option to file online until January 12, 2026.  For further assistance, please call (602) 542-3026 or email answers@azcc.gov.
