Phoenix, Ariz. —   The Arizona Corporation Commission is pleased to announce that its new online business filing portal, Arizona Business Connect, is on track to launch on January 12, 2026!  Arizona Business Connect will replace our current online filing portal, eCorp, with a new, technologically advanced platform with several modern features and functionalities aimed at improving customer experience and includes enhanced security features.

Before the Commission officially transitions away from eCorp and the launch of Arizona Business Connect, we will need to shut down the current portal to transfer the enormous amount of data into the new portal, and verify the transfer is complete and accurate before we make the switch to Arizona Business Connect. 

Please take note of the following important dates:

• eCorp online turned off: Friday, January 2, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. MST.
• Corporations customers WILL NOT be able to file documents or search businesses online beginning Friday, January 2, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. MST.
• Corporations customers WILL be able to file by paper either in-person at our office in downtown Phoenix or Tucson, OR mailing or faxing paper filings.  All paper documents received after January 2, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. will receive an effective date of the date it was received.  The documents will not be entered into the new online filing portal until January 12, 2026, or shortly thereafter.

• Arizona Business Connect goes live on Monday, January 12, 2026 at 8:00 a.m.
