Arizona Corporation Commission to Hold Winter Preparedness Meeting


PHOENIX — The Arizona Corporation Commission will hold its annual Winter Preparedness Meeting on Thursday, November 8, at 10 a.m. Gas utilities and pipeline operators will make presentations to detail their plans to ensure reliable services during the winter months throughout the state. Companies will detail their expectations for energy demand and demonstrate how they expect to meet that demand. They will also present their emergency plans in the event of an outage.

The Arizona Corporation Commission was established by the state’s constitution to regulate public utilities and business incorporation.
