Phoenix, Ariz. —   The Arizona Corporation Commission is pleased to announce that its new online business filing portal, Arizona Business Center, went live on Monday, January 12, 2026.  Arizona Business Center provides customers with a technologically advanced platform designed to streamline filings to make the process more efficient and easier to navigate. ABC also offers increased security features that will provide business owners greater protection from fraudulent filings. 

Starting, maintaining, and closing your business is now as easy as A, B, C! New features include:

• Language options: convert the portal to a non-English language, including Spanish.
• Follow your file’s progress: easily track the progress of your filing with our new “File Tracker.”
• Reminder options: Sign up for Annual Report Reminders from your online dashboard (all corporations are required to file timely annual reports).
• Certified copies:  Order certified copies of filing documents online.
• Easier verification: Verify the authenticity of Certificates of Good Standing using a QR code.
