Less Than One Week Away from the Launch of Arizona Business Center

Phoenix, Ariz. —   The Arizona Corporation Commission’s new online business filing portal, Arizona Business Center, is on track to launch at 8:00 a.m. on Monday, January 12, 2026!  Arizona Business Center will replace the previous online filing platform, eCorp.  Arizona Business Center will replace our current online filing portal, eCorp, with a new, technologically advanced platform with several modern features and functionalities aimed at improving customer experience and includes enhanced security features.

Once live, in Arizona Business Center, you will be able to:

  • Convert the portal to a non-English language, including Spanish.
  • Easily track the progress of your filing with our new “File Tracker.”
  • Sign up for Annual Report Reminders from your online dashboard (all corporations are required to file timely annual reports).
  • Order certified copies of filing documents online.
  • Verify the authenticity of Certificates of Good Standing using a QR code.
  • And much more!

For those who plan to submit business-related filings before January 12, 2026, please note, the Commission is only accepting PAPER filings that must be submitted either in-person at our office in downtown Phoenix or Tucson, OR by mailing or faxing paper filings. There will NOT be an option to file online, or search businesses online, until January 12, 2026.  For further assistance, please call (602) 542-3026 or email answers@azcc.gov.
