Phoenix, Ariz. -  The Arizona Corporation Commission has received several applications for rehearing regarding the February 2024 APS rate case Decision No. 79293, including one filed by Attorney General Kris Mayes.   A telephonic Staff Open Meeting has been scheduled for Monday, April 15, 2024, at 9:15 a.m.  The agenda includes the consideration, discussion, and possible vote on the application for rehearing filed by Attorney General Mayes, as well as the Application for rehearing filed by the Arizona Solar Energy Industries Association and Solar Energy Industries Association.
