Financial Assistance Programs

The following are several programs that provide assistance to qualifying individuals. You may call the Arizona Department of Economic Security at their state-wide toll free number, 1-800-582-5706, for information on eligibility and application requirements. They can also help you locate other agencies and programs in your local area.

Arizona Department of Economic Security via the internet.
Telephone Assistance Program: This program gives qualifying individuals monthly billing credits.
Link Up America: This program provides financial assistance for the installation of telephone service.
Lifeline: Provides financial assistance those with medical concerns. Income requirements must also be met.
ALITAP: Provides financial assistance to seniors 65 years of age or older, income requirements must also be met.
Note: If you live on tribal lands and are participating in a qualifying low-income program, you may be eligible for additional benefits. Please contact your local service provider.
