TOPIC:Consumer Information Advisory Panel Meeting
MATTERS DISCUSSED:
Connie Walczak, Commission Staff, opened the meeting welcoming the Panel Members. Staff and Panel were introduced.
Jennifer Donlon, Commission Staff, opened discussions regarding Frequently Asked Questions - Commercial and the Commercial Consumer Checklist. Many changes were incorporated into the draft. The revised draft will be reviewed by Legal and e-mailed to the Panel.
Marcie Colin provided a web site presentation to the Panel, updating the recent changes that have been made to the Electric Competition web page.
Staff advised the Request for Proposal for Brochures, Public Service Announcements, Informational Videos and web site consultant has been sent out and we are waiting for bids to come in.
