The Information Technology (IT) Division was centralized in 2003 in order to provide network, hardware, help desk, project management, and application development services to all Divisions in the Agency. The Division is responsible for applications used internally and by the public to access agency information and services. The IT Division strives to excel at customer service and provide applications that provide timely, secure, and accurate data.
Objectives of the IT Division are:
Provide reliable online services for the access of public information.
Automate services from paper to online transactions to increase productivity and reduce throughput time.
Standardize our development practices and solutions to manage cost and speed development.
Help Agency management and staff perform their jobs successfully.
