Brian C. McNeil

Brian C. McNeil became the Executive Director of the Arizona Corporation Commission on May 10, 1999. Prior to joining the Commission staff, he was the Deputy Director for Budget and Policy Development at the Arizona Department of Health Services.

Brian previously served as a Policy Advisor to former Governor Fife Symington; in various staff capacities at the Arizona State Senate including Director of Operations and Economic Advisor; as a Principal Forecast Planner for Saudi Arabian Parsons, Limited; and as a Fiscal Analyst at the Arizona Joint Legislative Budget Committee.

He is an Arizona native and holds two degrees (a Master of Public Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Economics) from Arizona State University. Brian is also a commissioned officer (Major) in the U.S. Army Reserve.
