Fingerprints NOTE: The Arizona Corporation Commission's Securities Division no longer provides fingerprinting services. Please be advised that fingerprints are required for securities industry applicants pursuant to A.R.S. § 44-1945(A)(8), A.R.S. § 44-3153(C)(6), A.R.S. § 44-3156(C)(3), and Rule R14-4-122. Please contact your local law enforcement agency or refer to the yellow pages of the telephone book for private fingerprinting services. We suggest that you contact the fingerprinting organization, firm or individual to inquire about the cost, business hours, restrictions, and information or documents you may be required to bring with you. You may be required to make an appointment. FINGERPRINT CARD: Use the fingerprint card provided by the Securities Division. All spaces must be completed in black ink only. Be sure the information is within the allotted space and not over the line. You must clearly print all information on the card except for the signature. If the card is incomplete, it will be returned to the Firm/Applicant. FEE: A processing fee of $24.00 must accompany each fingerprint card. Checks must be made payable to the Arizona Corporation Commission.
