Electronically Filed Annual Reports Effective March 28, 2008, Expedited annual reports filed online will be processed in "real time," meaning that your corporation will be in good standing immediately after completing your payment transaction. You will be able to check your corporate status and order a good standing certificate right after filing online. A copy of the annual report will be available for you to download on the 2nd day after the payment has been fully processed. Corporations that choose the $35 expedite fee when they file their annual reports online, using this newly enhanced feature, will take precedent over mailed, faxed and counter submissions. Annual Reports that are not Expedited will be processed manually along with all other annual reports received in order of the date received. Fees: For profit corporations - $45 filing fee plus an additional $35 expedite fee (if you choose to expedite), plus any late penalties or reinstatement fees that may be applicable. If there are no penalties or reinstatement fees, the total cost will be $80 for an expedited filing or $45 for a non-expedited filing. Fees: Non-profit corporations - $10 filing fee plus an additional $35 expedite fee (if you choose to expedite) plus any reinstatement fees that may be applicable.
