The rules governing practice and procedure before the Arizona Power Plant and Transmission Line Siting Committee are located in Title 14, Chapter 3, Article 2 of the Arizona Administrative Code. 
 
 
NOTE:  Please be aware that R14-3-220 Unauthorized Communications is a new rule and can be located can be located at: http://www.azsos.gov/public_services/Register/2006/45/final.pdf
